Yoga Works

Yoga Works specializes in different hatha yoga traditions, this place is a unique center for yoga. Located in Larchmont village, it houses three different class rooms, accommodating more than 70 classes in a week. The levels are designed to suit everyone's needs.

This center was the first to start, now they have 14 studio locations in Los Angeles and New York. Even teachers are trained to create new faculty and make yoga accessible to everyone.
Yoga is not only a form of exercise but a form of deep thinking a panacea for all diseases. The program of classes and workshops combines time- honored Eastern practices with a foundation of strong Western medical ideas, bringing modern science to an ancient practice. With a passion for helping students achieve personal growth, the programs are created to offer the best yoga available beginners to advance.

They also offer onsite training programs at workplaces and health establishments; retreats; teacher training; and consulting for new yoga studios. The Yoga Works team hopes to carry forward the mission of so many yogis who came before: to make yoga accessible to all.
