James Irvine Garden the receiver of prestigious National Landscape Award of the American Association of Nurserymen at White House in 1981 is also known as “Garden of the Clear Stream” . Truly and oasis, it is designed by Takeo Uesugi in an area of 8500 square feet in complete Japanese style. The entire set up of waterfalls bamboos and garden is a soothing experience.
It includes a spirit of harmony with nature, peace and an inspiration to move to greener pastimes a preserve plants.
The park is also rented on special occasions for ceremonies like wedding, family gathering. During such times the park is closed to general public.
Being the recipient of highest and oldest national honor, the James Irvin Garden is truly a mark of excellence depicting the nature's true essence.
Hours : 9am- 5pm daily.
