Heritage Square Museum

The Heritage Square Museum preserves California's rich history. It is one of those buildings which were prevented from demolition. The Museum has a unique look and presents lifestyles of people of Los Angeles.

The Growth of Southern California is designed for third and fourth grade students to promote historical and social literacy through architecture, art, literature, mathematics and living history exhibits.
The museum also presents special events which take you a step back in time enjoying fashions from the last two centuries. Romantic and historically accurate men's and women's fashions from the early 17th century through the 1940's.

Hours vary from October to March. On Saturday and Sunday, guided tours depart hourly (12 to 3 p.m.) from the Palms Depot. No admittance after the final tour has departed. The museum is closed for Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year's Day. Adults: , Seniors: , Children, ages 6 to 12: . Museum members and children under 6 admitted free of charge. Discounts available for AAA members and Time Travelers members. Parking free.
